Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you register for or use PiecePilot.

1. The service

PiecePilot provides online tools for organising LEGO inventory, sets, wanted items and seller workflows. Available features depend on your selected plan.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your password and activity carried out through your account.

3. Free trial

New accounts currently receive a 14-day trial. No payment details are required to create the trial. Trial availability, length and included features may change for future registrations. A paid subscription is required to continue using paid features after the trial ends.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Plan prices are displayed in GBP and subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Stripe processes payments. The checkout page displays the final amount and applicable tax before you confirm payment.

You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Unless the checkout or billing portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse PiecePilot, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, infringe another person’s rights, use automated access that harms availability or use the service for unlawful activity.

6. Your content and backups

You retain ownership of inventory information and other content you provide. You grant PiecePilot the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service. You remain responsible for its accuracy and for keeping appropriate backups using the available export tools.

7. Third-party services and data

PiecePilot may interoperate with services or reference information supplied by organisations such as Stripe, BrickLink, eBay and Rebrickable. Those services may change or become unavailable. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. PiecePilot is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by the LEGO Group, BrickLink, eBay or Rebrickable.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages and events outside our reasonable control may affect access. We may improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where an account presents a security risk, materially breaches these terms, remains unpaid or is used unlawfully. You may delete your account through the account page.

10. Liability

PiecePilot is an inventory-management aid. You are responsible for checking stock, valuations, listings, tax and business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or losses caused by inaccurate user-supplied or third-party data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a UK consumer, you retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in the part of the UK where you live.

12. Contact
